ColderICE Media is a brand of 3rd Power LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or buy a seat, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, and anything you type into a form, like the job you'd hand off first.
• Payment details, entered on our checkout and processed by our payment processor. We don't store your full card number.
• Basic visit data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and where you came from, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• To deliver what you bought: join links, reminders, replays, the class guide and homework emails.
• To send you related offers from ColderICE Media. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
• To measure and improve our ads and pages, including through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the class: our CRM and email platform, our payment processor, our video meeting platform, Netlify for hosting, and Meta for ad measurement. We don't sell your personal information.
